How to know if you are a micro manager - or, to put it more directly, a leader who does not know how to delegate?

As the owner of your company, you must develop good and solid relationships with your investment partners, with your clients, with your suppliers; you must focus on your objectives and implement the strategy you defined to achieve the growth you project in time and form. For this you need a strong team. It is wise to choose collaborators who dominate their subject better than you. For example, if you have always done your accounting and it is time to hire and delegate these tasks, you must choose someone who masters the subject and allows you to recover this time to invest in more focused tasks in developing your company.
