every process. However, they get the opposite effect: their employees feel
suffocated, unmotivated, and they have little time to perform the required
background actions to define the direction of the company.
How to know
if you are a micro manager - or, to put it more directly, a leader who does not
know how to delegate?
-It bothers
you that your employees make decisions without consulting you ... even if you
had taken the same ones.
-You spend a
lot of time demonstrating to your employees how to perform their tasks.-
-Delegate
low-level tasks that you continue to monitor very closely.
-Do not give
your employees a broad frame of reference that allows them to feel in control.

You try to

than them.
You do not
share responsibility for the execution of the projects on which your team
works.
Remember that your role is to solve the big problems that
your business faces, not to devote to very simple things that your employees
can solve without you. Knowing how to delegate properly and efficiently is one
of the qualities that will allow you to achieve the personal and professional
growth you are looking for.
As the owner of your company, you must develop good and solid
relationships with your investment partners, with your clients, with your
suppliers; you must focus on your objectives and implement the strategy you
defined to achieve the growth you project in time and form. For this you need a
strong team. It is wise to choose collaborators who dominate their subject better
than you. For example, if you have always done your accounting and it is time
to hire and delegate these tasks, you must choose someone who masters the
subject and allows you to recover this time to invest in more focused tasks in
developing your company.
Keys to delegate successfully
Prioritize the work of your employees: they must know what is
key to you, they must understand what your great plan is and how what they do
contributes to the success of the company.

Let them define the how: validate the progress
and the results according to a work plan that they have agreed together.
Define clear
objectives, follow the SMART rule: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic
and Time objectives.
Premier creativity and make sure they learn from their
mistakes; your feedback is key to prevent the error from recurring.
Validate the skills of your team and give them the
opportunity to learn new skills and then put them into practice.
Allow your employees to feel responsible for the projects you
entrust them; that way they will feel really involved and work harder.
Periodically ask them how they are doing and if they need
support, let them formulate the areas of opportunity they perceive. You could
be surprised with ideas you did not imagine!
